- People seem incapable of shedding, and unwilling to shed, the belief that it is perfectly alright to force their dogmas on others, and to punish those that don’t yield. The belief that their personal dogmas, myths and traditions are the only correct ones persists even though there are billions of equally intelligent people with thousands of other dogmas, myths and traditions.
- As a corollary to the first trait, those who have not been successfully subjugated to others dogmas frequently wave their most objectionable characteristics in the face of their opponents like matadors enraging bulls.
- A substantial portion of humanity is excited by, and enjoys, hurting and killing other creatures, and particularly other humans.
